This is a preliminary study entitled “Transparency and corruption. What do the websites of the main companies show us?”. It was elaborated by the Commission of Follow-up of the Implementation of the Inter-American Convention against Corruption. It contains the results of investigating the websites of 24 companies with a stock exchange listing in Buenos Aires. The objective is to determine the level of commitment these companies have with social responsibility, through the analysis of conduct codes, management regulations, telephone lines to report irregularities, among other points.
