This a document elaborated by Christian Gruenberg and Pedro Biscay, in the context of the project entitled “Corruption and human rights: making the connection”, carried out by the International Council on Human Rights Policy.
Among other issues, here the authors analyze what was -at the moment- the current state of the anticorruption policies, what are the models of interaction between anticorruption policies and human rights standards, the situation in different countries in Latin America, and the importance of assets recovery.
