On November 2006, CIPCE presented this document to the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, opposing to the candidacy of Rosa C. Falduto for the position of President of the Financial Information Unit.
The reason of the opposition was that the candidate lacked of the technical skills required for this position, since she did not have a considerable academic background, nor postgraduate studies regarding economic crime, nor technical and investigative productions and publications. In addition to this, she lacked of a significant professional experience in this subject, without technical and professional background.
