A public hearing took place at the Ministry of Justice, on 18/01/2016, to discuss the candidates for the positions of President and Vice President of the Financial Information Unit. CIPCE opposed to the designation of these candidates: they were both involved in a serious conflict of interests, since they were linked to the legal defense of individuals and companies investigated and sanctioned for money laundering.
